A useful consolidation process records each arrival, checks the agreed quantities, removes unnecessary outer packaging when permitted, and rebuilds the shipment for the selected carrier.
Decide what can be removed
Retail boxes, protective inserts, and supplier labels may still be important for resale, warranty, or product protection. Removal must be based on your written instructions rather than assumed.
